Inspired from the SMART techniques, I learnt to reframe my generic, vague and previously basic goals.

The goal that I chose to implement over the week was related to my FYP.

I will give 1 hour to the FYP work daily from my home hours for the next 6 months, complete the MATLAB onramp course and come in the prototype stage by the end of April.

For this SMART goal, I started to invest time, for my FYP, in research and literature review. I have gone through and critically reviewed 3 research papers to date, which have enhanced my understanding of the topic and helped me to look more keenly to the problem that I want to solve through my FYP.

One thing that I implemented from the learnings of Amal Course is Problem Solving through Design Thinking. I loved the insights and motivation I got from this course, I shared this process with my group mates and started as a group to work improvise the idea of Design Thinking in our project through brainstorming and brain-writing techniques.

I have also started to use the communication rules through my group being a group leader. As I realized the importance of communication within the team, it has helped me within a few days only in team building. My group members have been seen to feel more connected and concerned about the project than before.
